Build a 5,000 SF addition to existing community music center using cross laminated timber featuring new Founder’s Hall for performances.

317 Main Community Music Center brings the power of music to people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds from across southern and mid-coast Maine. They were founded in 2004 on the idea that music can engage, vitalize, and strengthen human connections in our communities. This 5,000SF addition to the existing building will provide the opportunity for the organization to grow and engage while maintaining their existing location. Featuring a state of the art performance center, the expansion will allow for the community to come together to enjoy performances.
